How many days can I keep a DVD I've rented. |

As long as you would like! Your flat monthly membership fee allows you to rent as many DVDs as you would like. It also allows you to keep movies as long as you want. If you really like the movie, just click the "Buy This Copy" button in your Wishlist and it's your for life...we'll send the next available movie in your Wishlist out right away. |

What if you don't have a movie I want to see? |

LET US KNOW! Go to your Account screen and the Contact Us to send us a request for a title. Your request is anonymous so feel free to tell us what you want us to carry. We are constantly adding new movies to the thousands of movies we already have and welcome member feedback. Please note that we will not carry any illegal material so don't bother asking. |

Why don't I get the first choice on my list? |

We try to keep MANY copies of our most popular titles in stock to make sure one is always available for you. In some cases, a movie may be so popular that all copies are out of stock so we send you the next available movie on your Wishlist. When you return another movie there is a very good chance your first choice may be back in stock and on its way to you. |

Keep your Wishlist full!!! The more movies you keep in your Wishlist, the better the chances are that your are going to get the movie you want when you want it. It also helps us to order additional copies if we see a large amount of our customers putting a specific movie in their Wishlists. |
